My workout challenge
So I heard of this exercise challenge a few months ago and I decided today I want to start it. The challenge is that in 3 months you run/walk 100 miles so my plan is hopefully tomorrow I will get Tom to bring in our elliptical and our spinning bike from the shed so I can start. It will be tough though that means at least every day I will have to run 1 mile at least and if I don't want to run everyday...which I don't (I like other workouts better) then I have to do more than 1 each day I do it...the most I ever went was 5 and I thought I was never going to be able to move my leg muscles again HAHA. So this is the plan...start October 2 and end January 2 :) talk about a good way to kick off the New Year! I will keep my miles posted! :)

Thats a cool idea!! You are more dedicated to exercise than I am.... :( Im a lazy bum. I wish I had an elliptical so I could work out at home....that would be nice.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it! I feel so good when im done I like the pain haha. I had Tom get it for me for Christmas on craigslist 2 years ago it was a really good investment :)
